Order Changes & Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem — as long as it’s within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be processing and we won’t be able to make changes or cancel it.
If your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the courier. Tailivo is not responsible for delays, customs issues, or lost/stolen packages during delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address
